SnapDown does not host, store, or distribute any video content. Our service processes publicly available URLs in real-time. The use of the name "Snap" or "Snapchat" on this website is for context only; we make no claim of ownership over those trademarks. All rights belong to the original copyright owners.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

4. Our Response to Valid Notices

• Investigate the claim and review the reported content or functionality

5. Counter-Notification

• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the US, any judicial district in which SnapDown may be found

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material in accordance with applicable law.

6. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the access of users who are repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights of others.
